Paige Forman, Esquire is an associate at Orshan, Spann & Fernandez-Mesa. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Forman was an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. During her tenure, she prosecuted and tried numerous felony cases including attempted murder, narcotics trafficking, armed burglary with an assault, and sexual battery on a minor. Paige was also responsible for investigating, analyzing, and approving charging decisions in specially assigned cases involving vulnerable victims and complex legal issues within the statutory deadline.
While in law school, Paige worked for Lee, Landrum, Ingle as a paid legal intern where she worked closely with the partners and associates on preparing construction law cases for all stages of litigation. Ms. Forman also worked at Bofill Law Group as an appellate consultant where she assisted in writing multiple appeals dealing with complex issues of family law. As a 1L, Paige gained invaluable experience as a judicial clerk for the former Chief Judge Bertila Soto of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. During her time in law school, Ms. Forman was nominated by her professors for the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association Award for her work in litigation skills. Additionally, she served as the Chair Woman to the Law Activity Fee Allocation Committee and was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship Recipient.
Ms. Forman was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Family Law and Young Lawyers section of the Florida Bar. Ms. Forman was born and raised in Dallas, Texas but has established her home in Miami, where she resides with her fiancé Joro and their dog and cat.
